Simon Rodgers – Founder
Simon has always had a passion for cooking and baking but it was not until a health scare after years of working in the finance industry that he decided to follow his heart and start his own organic bakehouse. Envisaging more than just bread, Simon wanted a community space that offered customers an honest approach to one of life's most simple tasks - buying our daily bread. With a background in finance, Simon is not one to overlook the small print and is on a mission to make people aware of the hidden preservatives and additives in all food, especially flour. Transparency and authenticity are key values that Simon and his team have expertly folded into the fabric (and recipes) of Four.
Tania – Vegan Baker
When Tania is not busy welcoming customers with a warm smile you will find her in the kitchen creating her next batch of vegan-friendly treats that are so good, you wouldn't believe they don't contain dairy! Tania's sublime vegan apple and cinnamon cake and mouthwatering blueberry tarts will keep you coming back into the shop every single day!
