Four is an artisan bakery, coffee house and chocolaterie that focuses on quality ingredients, nourishing food and amazing flavours. Four Bakery has four core offerings on its menu – sourdough loaves, viennoiseries, savouries and sweet treats. The team also likes to experiment each week, so you'll also always find extra specials on the shelves.
The idea behind Four was conceived by its founder, Simon Rodgers, after he had to completely change his lifestyle and diet upon being diagnosed with bowel cancer. This is why you won't find any chemicals, additives or preservatives in their food.
While wellbeing is thoroughly at the front of Four’s values, it’s also deeply committed to its environmental and social impact. All of the ingredients are sourced from local or sustainable suppliers, who are vetted to ensure their values match the bakery's, the packaging in the shop is completely plastic free and all of the furniture has been sourced second hand or upcycled.
